Unlike most websites, this one does not track you. Specifically:
The form on our contact page does not send data to our server. It works through a mailto: link: pressing the button opens your own email application with the message already drafted, and you decide whether to send it.
That means whatever you write travels directly from your outbox to our inbox. This website never receives, processes or stores it.
When you contact us — by email, through the form, or on WhatsApp — we receive whatever you send: usually your name, your email address or phone number, and a description of your project.
We use that information for one purpose only: to reply to you and follow up on your inquiry. It stays in our email account or in WhatsApp, depending on the channel you used.
This site uses two open-source libraries (React and ReactDOM) to function. We serve them from our own server rather than an external CDN, precisely so that opening these pages generates no request to any other company and exposes your IP address to no third party.
Like every website, the server hosting these pages generates technical access logs: IP address, date and time, page requested and browser type. These are produced automatically by the server software, we use them solely for security and troubleshooting, and we do not combine them with any other information or use them to identify you.
Email and WhatsApp conversations are kept for as long as the commercial relationship or interest in the project lasts. If you want them deleted sooner, write to us and we will do it.
This site links to WhatsApp, TikTok, Instagram and to published client projects. Once you click through you leave our site, and what happens there is governed by those services’ privacy policies, not this one.
You can write to us at any time at l2hsoftwarecompany@gmail.com to find out what information about you we hold, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. We respond within 30 days at most.
If we change anything, we update the date shown at the top of this page. We suggest checking back occasionally.
